You’ve spent years building the life you thought you wanted. The career. The relationship. Maybe the house, the kids, the whole grown-up thing. And now you’re looking around thinking… is this it?
Online therapy for millennials who are questioning what they want, who they’ve become, and what comes next.

You did what you were supposed to do. Made the responsible choices. Checked some boxes. Built a life.
But somewhere along the way, something changed.
Maybe your career doesn’t fit anymore. Your relationship feels different. Motherhood changed you. Your priorities shifted. Or you’ve simply realized the version of success you spent years chasing doesn’t feel the way you thought it would.
On the outside, you’re doing just fine...
But underneath it, you’re wondering whether you’re actually happy, questioning decisions you thought you were sure about, comparing where you are to where you thought you’d be, craving something different and then feeling guilty for wanting it.

But inside? You’re exhausted.
Not just I need more sleep tired. The I’ve spent years doing everything I’m supposed to do and I’m not even sure I want it anymore kind of tired.
You’re overthinking everything, second-guessing choices you made years ago, and wondering why you don’t feel happier when there’s technically nothing “wrong.” Maybe you want more. Maybe you want less. Maybe you have absolutely no fucking idea what you want — you just know this isn’t quite it.
You don’t need someone to tell you to be grateful for what you have.
You need space to figure out what you actually want now.
These things aren't mutually exclusive. And it's okay to...
You’re allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself.
Changing your mind doesn’t mean you got it wrong. It might just mean you’ve changed.
There comes a point when the things that used to define you don’t quite fit anymore. That can feel unsettling — but it can also be the beginning of figuring out what you want next.
Sometimes the life you built around an earlier version of yourself simply stops fitting.
Therapy can help you understand what’s changed instead of convincing yourself you should just be happier with what you have.
You don’t need to have the answer yet.
We can figure out what still fits, what you’ve outgrown, and what you’re ready to change. Sometimes knowing what you don’t want anymore is exactly where we start
That’s a big part of the work.
Therapy isn’t about someone else deciding what your next chapter should look like. It’s about understanding yourself well enough to make those decisions with more clarity and trust in yourself.

I’m not here to tell you to quit your job, leave your relationship, or blow up your life because you’re questioning it. I’m here to help you understand why you’re questioning it.
We’ll look at what’s changed, what isn’t working anymore, and what you actually want now. And yes, we can talk about the messy stuff too: regret, resentment, sex, motherhood, aging, career envy, relationships, money, and the choices you wonder if you’d make differently.
You can say the thing you feel like you’re not supposed to say. That’s kind of what therapy is for.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself overnight. And you definitely don’t need to make a bunch of huge life decisions because everything suddenly feels off.
Therapy gives you somewhere to slow down and understand what’s underneath the restlessness, overthinking, resentment, boredom, burnout, or there has to be more than this feeling. We can look at what you’ve outgrown, what still matters to you, which expectations you’re ready to let go of, and what you want this next chapter to actually feel like.
The goal isn’t to become a completely different person.
It’s to get back in touch with who you are now — and trust yourself enough to decide what comes next.

The Questions You Might Be Asking ChatGPT
It’s possible to be grateful for your life and still feel like something is missing. As your priorities, relationships, career, or identity change, the life you once wanted might not fit quite the same anymore. Therapy can help you understand what feels off and what you actually want now.
Yes. Your 30s and 40s can bring major shifts in identity, relationships, career, family, and what you want from your life. You may start questioning choices that once felt right or wondering what you want the next chapter to look like. That doesn’t necessarily mean you need to change everything. It might mean you’re ready to understand yourself differently.
Therapy can help you get clearer on your values, needs, priorities, and what may no longer be working for you. You don’t need to come in knowing the answer. Sometimes figuring out what you don’t want anymore is exactly where we start.
Feeling disconnected from yourself can happen after years of focusing on work, relationships, motherhood, family, or simply keeping up with everyday life. Therapy can help you reconnect with your interests, values, needs, and identity outside of the roles you’ve taken on.
You don’t have to figure that out before starting therapy. Sometimes feeling restless, stuck, resentful, burned out, or disconnected is temporary. Other times, it points to something in your life that genuinely isn’t working anymore. Therapy gives you space to understand the difference before making big decisions.
Online therapy for millennials can support concerns such as burnout, ADHD, anxiety, relationships, motherhood, career changes, identity shifts, boundaries, self-esteem, and feeling stuck or unsure about what comes next. Therapy is individualized, so we’ll focus on what’s happening in your life rather than assuming everyone from the same generation has the same experience.
That’s completely okay. You don’t need a diagnosis, a crisis, or a perfectly organized list of things to work on. “Something feels off” is enough to start with. We can figure out the rest together.
