Does this sound Familiar?

Maybe you look like you’re holding it all together, but inside you feel:

  • Anxious & Overwhelmed

Your mind never fully shuts off. You replay conversations, overthink decisions, and feel constantly “on” even when you’re exhausted.

  • Burned Out

You’re emotionally drained from carrying so much for so long, and no amount of rest seems to fully recharge you anymore.

  • Disconnected from yourself

Somewhere along the way, you stopped checking in with yourself and started living on autopilot just to get through the day.

  • Stuck in a life that no longer fits

Part of you knows something needs to change, but fear, guilt, or uncertainty keeps you frozen in place.

  • People Pleasing

You keep putting everyone else’s needs before your own, even when it leaves you feeling resentful, invisible, or emotionally exhausted.

  • Unsure what comes next

You’re in the messy middle between who you were and who you’re becoming, and you're moving through waves of denial, anger, grief, fear, and uncertainty while trying to figure out what comes next.

You know something needs to change — but you’re not sure how to move forward.

Maybe you’ve outgrown the version of your life you worked so hard to build.

Maybe you’re constantly overwhelmed, stuck in your head, emotionally exhausted, or wondering why you don’t feel like yourself anymore.

Maybe you keep pushing through, people pleasing, overthinking, or carrying everything alone because slowing down feels unfamiliar — or even scary.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I help high-functioning adults navigate burnout, anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity shifts so you can feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more confident moving forward.

Hey, I'm Stephanie!

I work with adults navigating ADHD, burnout, big life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I especially love working with creatives, entrepreneurs, digital creators, and people whose brains never seem to fully “shut off.”

As someone with ADHD myself, I know how frustrating it can feel when your brain works differently — especially when you look like you have it together on the outside.

Therapy with me is less about overanalyzing your childhood and more about helping you understand yourself, feel more grounded, and figure out what actually works for you in real life.

Here’s What Working Together Can Look Like

1. Book a Session or Free Consult Call

Let's talk about what’s been going on in your world and make sure working together feels like the right fit.

2. Understand the Patterns

Together, we’ll make sense of the emotional, behavioral, and nervous system patterns behind the overwhelm.

3. Get Tools That Actually Work

We’ll create a toolkit with strategies, routines, and coping tools that work with your brains and feel sustainable in the real world.

ADHD

Learn how to better understand your brain, work with your ADHD instead of against it, and stop feeling like you’re constantly falling behind no matter how hard you try.

This is for you if you’ve ever found yourself thinking:

“Why can everyone else seem to handle life easier than me?”

“Why do I struggle to follow through even when I care?”

“Why do I feel overwhelmed by basic tasks?”

“Why do I keep burning out trying to keep up?”

Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns underneath your ADHD, reduce shame and self-criticism, build emotional regulation and practical coping tools, and help you create systems that actually work for your brain — so you can feel more confident, capable, and in control of your life without constantly fighting yourself in the process.

Relationship Struggles & People Pleasing

Learn how to build healthier relationships, communicate your needs with confidence, and stop abandoning yourself just to keep the peace.

This is for you if you’ve ever found yourself thinking:

“Why do I lose myself in relationships?”

“Why do I keep choosing the wrong partner?”

“How do I stop people-pleasing?”

“Why do I stay in unhealthy relationships?”

Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns underneath your relationships, rebuild self-trust, improve communication and boundaries, and help you create healthier, more secure connections — without abandoning yourself in the process.

Anxiety & Overthinking

Learn how to quiet the mental noise, trust yourself more deeply, and stop letting fear, rejection, or other people’s opinions control your life.

This is for you if you’ve ever found yourself thinking:

“Why do I overthink everything?”

“How do I stop worrying about what people think?”

“Why do I care so much about being judged?”

“How do I stop fearing rejection?”

“Why does my brain never shut off?”

Together, we’ll explore the patterns underneath your anxiety, build healthier coping tools, strengthen your sense of self-trust and emotional safety, and help you feel more grounded, present, and confident in who you are.

Self-Worth & Confidence

Learn how to stop second-guessing yourself, build genuine self-confidence, and feel worthy without needing constant validation from other people.

This is for you if you’ve ever found yourself thinking:

“Why do I feel not good enough?”

“How do I build self-esteem?”

“Why do I doubt myself so much?”

“Why do I feel like everyone else has it figured out except me?”

“How do I stop feeling like a fraud?”

Together, we’ll work on rebuilding self-worth from the inside out, challenging the beliefs keeping you stuck in self-doubt, and helping you develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Burnout & Emotional Exhaustion

Learn how to slow down, set healthier boundaries, and stop running on empty just to keep up with everyone and everything around you.

This is for you if you’ve ever found yourself thinking:

“Why am I always so drained?”

“Why do I feel exhausted all the time?”

“How do I set boundaries without feeling guilty?”

“Why do I feel responsible for everyone else?”

“How do I recover from burnout?”

Together, we’ll explore the patterns contributing to your burnout, build healthier coping strategies and boundaries, and help you create a life that feels more sustainable, balanced, and supportive of your well-being.

Identity & Life Direction

Learn how to reconnect with yourself, gain clarity on what you truly want, and build a life that feels aligned with who you are now — not just who you’ve had to be for everyone else.

This is for you if you’ve ever found yourself thinking:

“I don’t know who I am anymore.”

“What do I actually want in life?”

“Why do I feel so lost right now?”

“I’ve outgrown my old life, now what?”

“Why does everything feel off even though nothing is technically wrong?”

Together, we’ll explore the parts of yourself that may have been buried under pressure, expectations, survival mode, or people pleasing, so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Emotional Regulation & Sensitivity

Learn how to better understand your emotions, feel more grounded in your reactions, and stop feeling controlled by overwhelm, anxiety, or emotional intensity.

This is for you if you’ve ever found yourself thinking:

“Why do I feel everything so deeply?”

“Why do my emotions feel so overwhelming?”

“How do I stop reacting so much?”

“Why do I take everything so personally?”

“Why do relationships affect me so deeply?”

Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns behind your emotional responses, strengthen your sense of emotional safety, and build tools to help you regulate your emotions with more self-compassion, awareness, and confidence.

Boundaries & Communication

Learn how to communicate your needs with confidence, set healthier boundaries without guilt, and stay connected to yourself while navigating relationships with others.

This is for you if you’ve ever found yourself thinking:

“How do I say no without feeling bad?”

“How do I stop being a people pleaser?”

“Why is it so hard to speak up for myself?”

“Why do I avoid conflict at all costs?”

“How do I stop worrying about disappointing people?”

Together, we’ll work on building healthier communication patterns, strengthening your self-trust, and helping you set boundaries in a way that feels honest, grounded, and aligned with who you are.

Therapeutic Frameworks & Approach

My approach blends practical tools, emotional depth, and a little bit of the “woo” to help you move forward in a way that actually feels supportive and sustainable.

Integrative approach

I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to create a treatment tailored to your unique needs, combining techniques from different modalities depending on what's most helpful for your specific concerns so therapy can adapt as your needs change.

Perfect for: Complex challenges that don't fit one box, people who want a personalized approach, or when you need flexibility as your life evolves.

Somatic Therapy

Tune into your physical sensations and release stored tension through breathwork, movement, or mindful body awareness because trauma and stress live in your body, not just your mind.

Perfect for: Managing chronic tension and screen fatigue, reconnecting with your body, or anyone who thinks their feelings instead of feeling them.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

Build practical skills to manage intense emotions and improve your relationships through mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and communication.

Perfect for: Managing burnout, handling emotional overwhelm, or stopping impulsive decisions you later regret.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings by learning to observe your experiences without judgment and respond more skillfully to stress.

Perfect for: Managing anxiety and racing thoughts, reducing digital overload, or when you want to be present instead of always "on."

ACT (Acceptance & Commitment) Therapy

Learn to accept difficult thoughts and feelings while still moving toward what matters to you, noticing your worries without letting them control your choices.

Perfect for: Managing imposter syndrome, overcoming rejection sensitivity, or silencing your inner critic.

Solution-Focused Therapy

Use your strengths and what's working for you to create the changes you want in practical, action-oriented sessions designed to get you real results without years of therapy.

Perfect for: Times you feel stuck, need to break through a creative block, or want results fast.

Person-Centered Therapy

Lead the conversation and explore whatever feels most important to you in a judgment-free space where you're the expert in your own life.

Perfect for: Navigating life transitions, exploring your authentic identity, or when you need space to figure things out your way.

Narrative Therapy

Separate yourself from your problems and rewrite your life story by exploring how your family and culture shaped your identity, then reclaiming the narrative you actually want to live by.

Perfect for: Processing change, navigating major life pivots, or when you're ready to rebrand your life.

Solution-Focused Therapy

Use your strengths and what's working for you to create the changes you want in practical, action-oriented sessions designed to get you real results without years of therapy.

What issues do you help with?

I specialize in ADHD, anxiety and overthinking, burnout, emotional overwhelm, people pleasing, self-worth, relationship struggles, identity shifts, and major life transitions. If you're high-functioning on the outside but feeling lost, stuck, or exhausted on the inside — this is likely a good fit.

What does a typical therapy session look like?

Sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually via a secure video platform. My approach is warm, practical, and a little non-traditional — less about analyzing your past and more about letting you guide the conversation while helping you understand yourself, build tools that actually work for your brain, and move forward in your real life.

How many therapy sessions does it take to see a difference?

It depends on your goals and what you're working through. Some people feel a meaningful shift in just a few sessions; others prefer to work together over several months or longer. We'll talk about what feels right for you as we go.

Do you have experience with ADHD yourself?

I do, actually — I have ADHD, which means I understand from the inside what it feels like when your brain works differently, especially when you look like you have it all together on the outside. That lived experience combined with my clinical training informs how I work and how I show up for my clients.

How do I know if therapy is right for me right now?

Honestly, trust your gut on his one...but I will say that If you're reading this, there's probably a reason you landed here.

If you're feeling chronically overwhelmed, burned out, stuck, or disconnected from yourself — and you're ready to actually do something about it — therapy is probably worth exploring. The free consult is a low-stakes way to find out.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?

I'm trained in several evidence-based modalities and draw from whichever combination makes the most sense for you — rather than forcing your experience into a single framework.

I take an integrative approach based on what you're working through and how you learn best. Some people need more structure and tools; others need space to explore. Most need a bit of both — and that's exactly what I'm here to figure out with you.

What are your Rates?

Current Rates are:

50-Minute Individual Therapy Sessions: $150 CAD per session

75-Minute Individual Therapy Sessions: $200 CAD per session

Do you accept insurance?

It depends on your plan. Many extended health benefits packages cover psychotherapy or registered psychotherapists, but coverage varies widely between providers — so it's worth checking your policy directly or calling your insurance company to confirm.

I don't offer direct billing, but I do provide receipts after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if your plan covers it. When checking with your provider, make sure to ask specifically whether psychotherapy or a Registered Psychotherapist is covered under your plan, as the wording matters and not all plans cover both.
